Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Lead to drive architecture, development, integration, modernisation, and delivery of a next-generation FM digital platform in Singapore.

You will provide technical leadership across cloud architecture, platform services, and system integrations, guiding teams through migration while ensuring a scalable, secure foundation for future digital services, in close collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in software engineering or architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Hands-on with Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with data integration or AI-enabled apps advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain platform architecture and standards.
• Lead migration and modernization of legacy apps.
• Guide DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, observability and IaC practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive delivery governance.
