Responsibilities

Define and maintain overall architecture, standards, and roadmap for platform.
Lead design and implementation of core platform capabilities (authentication, SSO, RBAC, workflows).
Provide direction and governance across delivery squads for consistency and security.
Establish architecture review processes and technical standards.
Lead technical discovery, migration strategies, and modernization of applications.
Design cloud-native solutions with secure, scalable, cost-effective patterns.
Oversee deployment pipelines, monitoring, and observability; drive DevSecOps practices.
Mentor engineers and foster high-performing teams.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate needs into solutions.
