Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Language proficiency to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China.
• Able to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing activities of the plant and ensure QEHS compliance.
• Improve manufacturing and technological processes to achieve Best in Class Operations.
• Schedule production activities in accordance to customers' requirements.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing yield and efficiency.
• Build good rapport with customers through timely feedback on product quality performance.
