The role focuses on improving processes, scheduling production to meet customer requirements, ensuring QEHS compliance, and driving yield and efficiency improvements.

Based in China, the position offers monthly salary and expatriate package and requires 8+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Language proficiency to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China.
• Able to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Improve manufacturing and technological processes to achieve Best in Class Operations.

Manage the various manufacturing activities of the plant and ensure compliance to QEHS and other requirements

Monitor and improve manufacturing yield and efficiency

Build good rapport with customers through timely feedback on product quality performance
