Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for our Singapore office, focusing on detailed planning and schedule control for civil construction projects.

You will develop baselines, monitor progress, coordinate resources, and report milestones. Familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential, with site data collection and stakeholder communication forming part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and lifecycle.
• Experience with high-rise buildings, infrastructure or large civil projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Establish baselines and monitor progress against benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and optimize allocation.
• Analyze resource usage and adjust to meet project goals.
• Track progress, report milestones, delays and utilization; conduct site visits.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts; document changes.
