Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop programmes, manage baselines, and provide progress updates for ongoing construction projects in Singapore.

You will prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, monitor site progress, and support planning meetings with clear schedule updates. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and is proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop programmes, baseline management and progress updates.
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports and EOT claim.
• Site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress.
• Provide progress updates against baseline throughout construction.
• Produce monthly progress reports and support progress claims.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, progress updates, assumptions and constraints.
• Support project planning meetings and present schedule updates and issues to management.
