is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer in Singapore to oversee the master programme and detailed scheduling for large-scale developments. The role requires coordination with project management teams, drafting minutes, and ensuring timely progress through Primavera P6. The candidate should have a Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in condominium, mixed development, HDB, office, or hospital

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience on large-scale projects (condo, mixed development, HDB, office, hospital)
• Qualified and experienced in planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6
• 5 days work week

Responsibilities

• IDD works including implementation, coordination, and daily operation
• Plan monthly work actives and weekly schedules with PM
• Update master programme
• Draft progress meetings, minutes, and method statements with PM
• Perform delay analysis to justify EOTs and maintain records for claims
• Incorporate cost and resource planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into the Master Programme
• Track progress using Earn Value Method
• Perform Critical Path Analysis
