is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinate resources with project managers, and track progress across multiple complex programs in Singapore. You will baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, monitor milestones and delays, conduct site visits for data gathering, assess risks, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress against benchmarks.
Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and optimize allocation.
Track progress, milestones, delays, and resource utilization; conduct regular site visits to collect data.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; communicate changes to stakeholders.
Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
