Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks an experienced Civil Project Planner to lead planning, scheduling and cost-control for major civil works in Singapore. You will align project policies with HSE standards and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years in civil construction, with strong communication and leadership to drive on-site planning and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in civil construction.
• Familiar with safety procedures and requirements at construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and coordination with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement, and promote compliance with project policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Review and ensure project-specific management systems and documentation are properly implemented.
• Set clear objectives and targets for key project processes, ensuring consistency with strategic goals.
• Coordinate site activities and supervise planning and scheduling staff.
• Monitor progress against the overall project program and manage costs to stay within budget.
• Interface with project team, clients, stakeholders, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractors for planning.
