Job summary

THE MOVING BODY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to provide expert guidance in both group and one-on-one sessions in Singapore.

You will tailor stretching and strength routines, adjust breathing patterns, and help clients progress across mat and reformer exercises. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of teaching Pilates, holds an internationally recognised certification, and is comfortable working with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with internationally recognised certification.
• Minimum 5 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Senior Pilates Instructor title or equivalent level of expertise.
• Experience working with diverse populations, conditions and injuries.
• Able to commit to 135–140 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instructions to clients.
• Lead group classes or train clients one-on-one across stretching and strengthening.
• Adjust exercises, stretching techniques, and breathing to suit the client.
• Through Pilates, help clients increase lung capacity, strengthen core and back, and improve coordination.
• Teach exercises to improve balance and posture; instruct mat or machine work.
• Instruct on reformer and adjust reformer for clients' needs.
• Cross-sell other services and products to clients.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene and image.
