Job summary

The Moving Body PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to lead engaging group and private sessions, delivering precise instruction aligned with client goals.

You will guide clients through stretching, strength, and breathing routines, adapt exercises for injuries or conditions, teach mat and equipment-based Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel), and promote studio services to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor from STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching Pilates.
• Able to adjust exercises for varied populations and injuries.
• Experience leading group and private sessions.
• Commit to 130–150 hours per month, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Pilates instruction in group and private sessions.
• Guide clients through stretching, strength, and breathing routines.
• Adapt exercises for individual abilities and conditions.
• Teach mat and equipment-based Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel).
• Ensure safe, engaging workouts and maintain studio standards.
• Educate on movement techniques to prevent injuries.
• Promote studio services, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain professionalism and hygiene.
