REALITY YOGA & PILATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Pilates instructor in Singapore to guide clients through Pilates routines, demonstrate exercises, and provide individualized feedback. You will ensure safety, tailor sessions to different fitness levels, and maintain equipment readiness.

Ideal candidates maintain strong communication, a solid understanding of Pilates movements, and a patient, leadership-focused approach to motivate clients in a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain high personal fitness and model safe exercise form.
• In-depth knowledge of Pilates exercises and routines to tailor programs.
• Show patience to guide beginners and adapt to different learning speeds.
• Lead and motivate groups while ensuring a safe workout environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exercises to students and provide individualized instruction and corrections.
• Determine equipment needs for classes (mats, balls, straps, weights).
• Teach stretching to improve flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular health.
• Demonstrate safe use of equipment and proper technique.
• Schedule classes and communicate times and cancellations to clients.
• Observe students to monitor form, breathing, and safety.
• Lead group fitness classes focusing on core strengthening, balance and flexibility.
