Qualifications

• AHPC registered and strong communication skills; dry needling qualification welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage MSK and sports-related conditions.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programmes, including post-operative protocols.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Senior Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports rehabilitation to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a senior therapist who takes pride in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is motivated to guide patients through both injury recovery and post-operative rehabilitation.

You will manage a diverse caseload of MSK and sports injury patients while contributing to a strong culture of clinical excellence and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
• Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes, including post-operative protocols
• Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and return-to-sport strategies
• Professional Standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and professional ethical guidelines
• Participate in regular case discussions and clinical reviews

• Mentor junior therapists where appropriate and share clinical knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MSK and/or sports physiotherapy
• Strong interest and experience in post-operative rehabilitation
• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
• AHPC Registered
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Confident in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. Dry needling qualification is welcomed
• Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high standards of care
