Job summary

Core Concepts Pte Ltd invites applications for a Physiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapist in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on supporting clients’ recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness through evidence-based clinical care.

You will assess and treat, develop personalised plans, provide manual therapy and exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes. Senior candidates may mentor juniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with AHPC certification (mandatory), preferably with musculoskeletal focus.
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and improve.
• Senior role for candidates with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients to identify physical conditions and develop customised treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, prescribe therapeutic exercises, and apply appropriate modalities.
• Monitor, document, and review patients’ progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, lifestyle management and home programmes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Exercise Specialists and Musculoskeletal Therapists.
• Mentor junior staff or interns for experienced hires; support ongoing learning for fresh graduates.

About the Role

In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients’ recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assess and evaluate clients to identify physical conditions and develop customised, individualised treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, prescribe therapeutic exercises, and apply appropriate treatment modalities.
• Monitor, document, and review patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans where necessary.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, lifestyle management, and home exercise programmes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Specialists and Musculoskeletal Therapists.
• For experienced hires: mentor and support junior staff or interns when required.
• For fresh graduates: actively participate in continuous learning through in-house training, supervision, and professional development programmes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with valid AHPC certification (mandatory), preferably with an interest or specialisation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for building rapport with patients of all ages.
• A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Candidates with more than three years of relevant experience will be considered for a Senior role.
