PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a physiotherapist to assess and rehabilitate patients/residents with musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, oncology, and cardiology conditions in a geriatric care setting.

You will design and implement treatment plans based on the ICF model, review progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. AHPC-registered and a physiotherapy degree are required, with at least 4 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

  • AHPC registered with valid Practising Certificate.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the AHPC.
  • 4+ years of clinical experience in relevant areas (geriatric rehab a plus).
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in relevant disciplines will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a geriatric community hospital, long-term care, or nursing home setting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment to identify impairments and functional limitations.
  • Establish baseline evaluation on functional ability in terms of mobility, transfers and ambulation.
  • Provide rehabilitation forpatients/ residents with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, geriatric,oncology, and cardiology conditions.
  • Able to manage complex and challenging cases in area of specialty.
  • Design and implement treatment plan according to ICF model.
  • Review individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to the specific needs of each patient/resident.
  • Maintaining detailed patient/resident records and complete reports in accordance with institutional guidelines.
  • Keeping up to date on the latest treatment techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care to patients/residents.
  • Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care and monitor clientprogress.
  • Participate and conduct orientation and in-service education, training program and supervise juniorstaff as required.
  • Supervise/ train Therapy Aides (TAs) helping in relevant areas.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and holds a valid Practising Certificate.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the AHPC.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in relevant disciplines will be an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of clinical experience in relevant areas, including musculoskeletal and neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.
  • Experience in a geriatric community hospital, long-term care, or nursing home setting will be an advantage.
  • Passion for innovation, robotics, and the adoption of advanced technologies to support rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Compassionate and able to establish rapport with patients and residents.
  • Mature, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages or dialects commonly used will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
