Job summary

Jabil Circuit (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own the product lifecycle from design through mass production.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background in photonics devices and collaboration with design, quality, and supply chain teams. You will lead NPI activities, optimize processes for yield and cost, conduct root-cause analysis, develop test plans, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years in product engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and DMMs.
• Familiar with SPC, Six Sigma, and 8D/FMEA problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPI activities from design to manufacturing.
• Optimize processes for efficiency, yield, and cost.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Develop test plans and equipment for validation and production testing.
• Perform statistical data analysis to identify trends and predict failures.
• Participate in design reviews with DFM and DFT feedback.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations to management.
• Stay updated on electronics manufacturing trends.
