Lumilens Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Product Engineer in Singapore to manage mechanical NPI execution and collaborate with global suppliers to ensure the successful launch and production of innovative photonics products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/manufacturing engineering for networking, servers, telecom, or consumer electronics hardware.
• Deep DFM/DFA expertise: sheet metal, die cast, plastic injection molding, extrusions.
• GD&T proficiency per ASME Y14.5; hands-on CM/ODM management at Tier 1 EMS providers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mechanical NPI execution at contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
• Lead mechanical DFM/DFA reviews translating design intent into manufacturable specifications.
• Drive tolerance stack-up analysis reviews to ensure fit, form, and function.
