The successful candidate will oversee inventory, scheduling, training, and quality initiatives while ensuring medication safety and patient service excellence. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Singapore registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science (Pharmacy) or related field.
• Registered pharmacist with Singapore licensing.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, supervision, and staff management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants.
• Plan and manage manpower schedules for daily operations.
• Monitor staffing levels and performance to meet targets.
• Oversee preparation and distribution of medications per SOPs.
• Review and improve operational workflows and SOPs.
• Support medication safety audits and quality improvements.
• Contribute to training programs and competency assessments.
• Oversee inventory management and stock counts.
• Manage controlled drugs documentation and disposal.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
