Job summary

WhiteCoat, a Singapore-headquartered digital health company, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 dispensary fulfillment team, oversee inventory, and set pricing strategy. You will implement verification protocols, ensure orders match prescriptions, manage stock across shifts, and coordinate with medical and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of operations management in high-accuracy, regulated, or safety-critical environments.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ across shift-based rosters.
• Strong process discipline and SOP/escalation experience in healthcare context.
• Comfortable with inventory/ERP systems and data-driven stock/pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment accuracy and speed across 24/7 shifts.
• Manage and reconcile stock across all shifts with audit-ready records.
• Design and enforce verification protocols to prevent picking/packing errors.
• Coordinate with medical/compliance teams to stay current on regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of 10+ staff with shift scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain dispensary equipment and coordinate with delivery operations for 3PL workflows.
