Celecti Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join their network of clinics located in the north, central, and north-east regions of Singapore. The role involves dispensing medications, providing comprehensive medication counselling to patients and caregivers, and ensuring safe, cost-effective treatment in a busy outpatient setting.

Applicants must possess a Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with a keen interest in operational duties.

A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking Senior/Pharmacist to join their clinics located in the north, central and north-east parts of Singapore.

Centre Location: North, Central, North-east

Monthly salary: Up to $8000 + good benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and accurately while providing comprehensive medication counselling to patients and caregivers.
• Conduct medication reviews, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and make evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to ensure safe and cost-effective treatment.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and assistants in outpatient pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy support staff.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy practice and patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Job Requirements
