PVH Singapore Pharmacy division is seeking a Pharmacy Leader to supervise teams, ensure safe and compliant dispensing, and manage medication supply operations. You will oversee reconciliation, care planning, and resolution of medication-related issues to optimise patient outcomes.

  • Oversee medication reconciliation, pharmaceutical care planning, and resolution of medication-related issues to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert medication advice, counselling, and education to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the public.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based, cost-effective treatment plans and ensure appropriate medication monitoring.
  • Support discharge planning and medication adherence initiatives, including patient education and self-medication programs.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, procurement, supplier relationships, and contract administration to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted medication supply.
  • Monitor medication utilization, expenditure, and procurement performance, contributing to budgeting and cost-management strategies.
  • Mentor, train, and develop pharmacy staff while supporting competency assessments and professional development programs.
  • Drive quality improvement, medication safety, and risk management initiatives through audits, data analysis, and implementation of best practices.
  • Support pharmacy information systems, medication databases, and digital transformation projects, including system testing, user training, and process enhancements.
  • Participate in research, clinical governance, and multidisciplinary care initiatives to advance pharmacy practice and patient care standards.

Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacist Board with a valid patient care practicing license.
