Job summary

Pinterest Singapore is seeking a Sr. Performance Solutions Partner to enable advertisers and sellers to drive success on the Pinterest platform through priority products and innovative best practices.

You’ll partner with sales, product, and engineering in a fast-paced, start-up environment, translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance and scalable campaigns for regional clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.
• 3+ years in client-facing and hands-on ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management.
• 3+ years in performance marketing at a tech vendor, agency, or in-house client side.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and ads manager for your region.
• Be the technical contact for sales to help activate lower funnel campaigns, including product, auction, and implementation knowledge.
• Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products at scale, focusing on performance automation.
• Analyze large amounts of ads manager data to strategize opportunities.
• Lead global SME working groups to support pre-GA performance products and new integrations.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to top clients to enable new performance products and learning agendas.
