Pinterest Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Performance Solutions Lead to drive advertiser success through priority products and new best practices. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering in a fast‑paced start‑up environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on problem solving.

You will analyze data, guide campaigns, and collaborate regionally to scale performance while ensuring effective cross‑functional execution and client ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.
• 5+ years client-facing and hands-on platform experience in ad tech or campaign management.
• 5+ years in performance marketing at a tech vendor, agency, or in‑house client side.
• Experience selling performance products and getting buy-in.
• Experience with tagging, tracking QA, and working with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in web analytics (GA4), MMPs (AppsFlyer) and ecommerce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and ads manager, regional go‑to resource for performance opportunities.
• Be the technical contact for sales to activate lower funnel campaigns with product, auction and implementation knowledge.
• Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products at scale, focusing on performance automation.
• Analyze large amounts of ads manager and client data to strategize future opportunities.
• Lead pre‑GA performance products tests and support alpha/beta tests.
• Translate complex processes into digestible formats for non-technical audiences.
• Lead global SME working groups to support new integrations and performance products.
• Advise leadership on account planning, shopping strategy for key accounts, and revenue growth.
