Job summary

IMBUE SOFTWARES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Administrator to install, configure, upgrade, and maintain critical components like WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler on Windows infrastructure. The role requires 6+ years of PeopleSoft experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and knowledge of SQL and Azure.

You will monitor system health, implement fixes, and develop robust backup/recovery strategies while keeping comprehensive documentation current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or relevant certification.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Azure Cloud is advantageous.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components on Windows.
• Perform bundle patches and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, health, and resource utilization.
• Provide bug fixes and vulnerability remediation for existing systems.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware running on Windows infrastructure
• Perform PeopleSoft bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrade
• Monitor the PeopleSoft system for performance issues, resource utilization, and system health
• Support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PeopleSoft environment which include networks, software, hardware, and operating systems;
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications
• Maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guide and keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant certification courses
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in PeopleSoft Administration
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized
• Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud is an added advantage
• Good knowledge in PowerShell script
