Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft administrator to install, configure, and maintain the PeopleSoft stack, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker on Windows servers.

You will perform bundle patching, PS upgrades, monitor health and performance, implement backup/recovery strategies, and provide security remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering PeopleSoft environments and related middleware.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of security configurations and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft components and related middleware on Windows.
• Perform patching, maintenance updates, and upgrades for PeopleTools.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, with proactive tuning.
• Provide bug fixes and security remediation for the PeopleSoft environment.
• Develop automation scripts for routine administration and reporting.
• Manage user administration, security roles, and access controls.
