Job summary

Recruitment Hub Asia Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Pega Developer for a government project in Singapore. The role focuses on building and maintaining Pega components, addressing incidents, and ensuring system reliability.

Role requires CSA (CSSA advantageous) with 3+ years Pega experience. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM, with a 2-year contract and a completion bonus. Central Region office location in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related field.
• Pega CSA certification is required; CSSA is an advantage.
• 3+ years hands-on Pega development, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents to ensure system availability and SLA compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex production issues and propose solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with internal applications and external systems.
• Conduct technical impact analysis for defects, incidents, and changes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy defect fixes and enhancements.
• Develop and enhance Pega components: case types, data pages, rules, UI, integrations, and business rules.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, infra, and vendors to define technical solutions.
• Support integration with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party apps.
