Job summary

Apex Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Account Manager for Private Equity/Private Credit to lead client relationships, oversee fund accounting processes and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with senior management, manage onboarding of new funds and supervise NAV, reconciliations, and investor reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in private equity or real estate fund accounting, strong English communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in accounting or equivalent
• 10+ years in private equity or real estate fund accounting
• Experience with private credit funds desirable
• Experience in reviewing financial statements
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to lead and manage a team and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship, inquiries and meetings; interact with senior management and clients
• Review procedures, suggest efficiency improvements and ensure audit and regulatory compliance
• Oversee NAV, trial balance, GL, cash & portfolio reconciliations and related reports
• Oversee capital activity, AML/KYC onboarding and investor communications
• Lead recruitment, resource planning, training and performance reviews
• Maintain strong communication with senior management and implement new processes
