Job summary

EASTERN GENERAL HOSPITAL is seeking a motivated payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and related tasks within the Finance team. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with HR and Finance on system enhancements and reconciliations.

You will support monthly/year-end closes, statutory submissions, and the continuous improvement of payroll processes in a large hospital setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll administration/processing experience in a large or complex organisation.
• Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, reconciliation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll or HR systems; SAP payroll is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing and payroll operations with accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform payroll checking, validation, reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll journals and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Support statutory submissions, claims and reporting.
• Assist in payroll system implementation, UAT, data validation and reconciliation.
• Maintain payroll procedures and controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyse payroll and manpower costs for management reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders to streamline payroll processes.
