Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, CPF regulations, and income tax reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace with strong numerical ability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills across HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, validation and reconciliation.
• Administer statutory claims and government reimbursement schemes.
• Prepare statutory filings (CPF, IR21, IR8A, AIS) per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF regulations and tax rules.
• Oversee payroll-related accounting and month-end activities.
• Prepare payroll reports for HR, Finance and management.
• Provide timely payroll advisory to employees and stakeholders.
• Support audits and payroll system enhancements.
