Payroll and Benefits Administration:

• Responsible for the monthly processing and administration of associated payroll accuracy, compliance and adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and related transactions, addressing employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Manage and coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth processing with accurate and timely remittance to associates.
• Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations, coordinating with insurance and benefits providers together with internal team to ensure effective and comprehensive administration.
• Issuance of relevant letters to document employee and compensation changes.
• Coordinate payroll and employee record changes resulting from annual HR activities including merit review, bonus payments, target settings and any other ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects.
• Partner with insurance brokers and underwriters to review claims data, negotiate competitive premium rates, and secure optimized benefit coverage.
• Internal Execution & Launch: Secure leadership budget approvals, update HRIS configurations, and manage employee communication and open enrollment for the renewed plans.

HR Data Management (SuccessFactors)

• Serve as the Key User for Singapore in Success Factors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in SuccesFactors, including personal & employment, information and compensation details resulting from employee movements, and organisation changes.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations by conducting necessary validations.
