Job summary

Singtel is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Designer to join the Group IT – Corporate HR Systems team, with a focus on payroll systems. The role will act as the Subject Matter Expert for payroll technology, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise payroll solutions across cloud-based HR platforms.

This role will drive solution architecture, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead system enhancements while maintaining high standards of system performance, accuracy,

Qualifications

• More than 8 years’ IT consulting or project delivery with HRMS, including 5+ years hands-on and 2 years Singapore payroll.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience of at least 2 full payroll cycles.
• Experience with Payroll Parallel Runs, regular/off-cycle payrolls and tax configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver payroll solutions across SaaS platforms.
• Provide primary support for payroll cycles, integrations, data validation and statutory configurations.
• Manage payroll system configurations, ensuring stability, data accuracy and compliance.
• Drive SIT/UAT coordination, documentation, and release management within packaged environments.
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for payroll and HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to enable successful adoption.
