Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore's central bank and integrated financial regulator. As System Manager for MEPS+ you will be the operational and delivery owner across the MEPS+ portfolio, coordinating with software engineers, product owners, compliance teams and external vendors to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will own release planning, incident management, vendor governance and ICT governance, driving patches, security updates and disaster recovery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex mission-critical systems.
• 3–4 years in delivery/operations management with accountability for reliability.
• Experience with payment systems or financial infrastructure is advantageous.
• Proven incident response leadership and post-mortem implementation.
• Vendor management experience with SLAs and procurement involvement.
• Strong cross-team release coordination across development, testing, operations, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery outcomes for the MEPS+ portfolio across interbank payments, government securities management, and domestic market infrastructures.
• Coordinate release planning, scope, timelines, and deployment readiness with multiple teams.
• Lead incident management, stakeholder communication, and post-mortems.
• Coordinate vendor governance, reviews, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance policies and regulatory standards.
