Job summary

MONFX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations professional to support payments, reconciliations and FX settlements within a regulated environment.

You will liaise with clients, brokers and banks, manage daily payment entries, perform reconciliations and contribute to the development of robust operational processes.

Strong knowledge of FX markets, payments regulations and SWIFT is preferred, with a proactive approach to improve efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of FX markets and payments.
• Knowledge of international payments and settlement processes.
• Good grasp of regulatory/compliance requirements in finance.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Clients, Brokers and Banks to facilitate settlement of FX transactions and cash flows.
• Account and trade reconciliation and remediation.
• Inward/Outward payment entry and daily processing.
• Perform monthly reports and end-of-month reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to improve systems and processes for efficiency.
