Job summary

Wise, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager in Singapore to lead complex partner integrations for the Wise Platform. You will drive end-to-end programs with banks and large enterprises, coordinating across Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Sales to deliver high-impact implementations.

The role requires strong program management, risk governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder influence across business and technical contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in fintech/banking.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase programs.
• Experience with API and SWIFT-based payment integrations.
• Strong governance, risk management and regulatory compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate across Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Sales to deploy integrations.
• Identify risks, manage scope, timelines, and accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Build strong partnerships with partners and ensure a superior partner experience.
