You will use payment knowledge, data and stakeholder conversations to find root causes, design practical solutions, and drive action from the first signal to measurable results. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk and external partners.

Qualifications

• You have strong practical data skills and can use SQL or Python to investigate complex data.
• You understand payment systems and can reason across the full payment flow.
• You can form clear hypotheses and test them with incomplete or conflicting evidence.
• You can influence cross-functional teams and drive action without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations from start to finish using data, signals and stakeholder input.
• Identify the right problems to work on based on customer impact and evidence.
• Design and drive practical solutions with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations and external partners.
• Define success measures and track outcomes to improve how we work.
