Job summary

Wise, a global technology company, is hiring a Transaction Health Senior Analyst in Singapore. You will lead fraud prevention initiatives, analyze dispute trends, and collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to reduce card fraud losses and improve customer experience.

The role requires strong SQL skills, a passion for FinCrime, and the ability to lead a small team of analysts while delivering measurable KRIs/OKRs in a fast-growing, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Analysing Card Fraud dispute trends, independently querying databases and doing data deep dives.
• Prioritising and delegating Card Fraud prevention workflows in line with KPIs.
• Card Fraud prevention rule creation: rule scope validation, rule creation, and monitoring post rule implementation.
• Lead long term Card Fraud prevention projects contributing to KRIs/OKRs.
• Engage Data Science and Engineering teams to drive rule engine improvements.
