Job summary

Smart IMS Inc. is seeking a Payments Application Business Analyst to support a top global investment bank in Singapore.

The role focuses on APAC payments and clearing projects, with emphasis on Taiwan region and collaboration with Taiwan/China-based stakeholders. You will translate regulatory documents from Chinese to English, coordinate end-to-end project delivery, and work across global teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical and analytical skills; gather business requirements, analyze capabilities and identify gaps.
• Ability to interpret regulatory docs in local language and translate to English for project teams.
• Experience facilitating requirement sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with Taiwanese vendors and understand contracts.
• Interpret regulatory docs in Chinese and translate for the team.
• Participate in regular calls and emails with project stakeholders and vendors.
• Execute projects related to payment processing, sanctions and APAC clearings schemes.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery: requirements, development, testing and deployment.
• Plan, monitor, and control projects; develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate deliverables, timelines and support needs to managers and partners.
• Work on global projects with stakeholders across time zones.
• Create/refine business and functional requirements, data analysis and documentation.
• Conduct daily scrum, set priorities, manage backlogs.
• Coordinate testing cycles, acceptance criteria, unit testing, QA and UAT.
• Support production delivery routines and release weekends.
