Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Payments Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in banking payments, to lead analytics and domain architecture for payment rails and standards.

You will harmonize payment classifications, trace end-to-end multi-leg flows, and drive reconciliation and exception reporting with strong SQL, while coordinating workshops with payments operations and product teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in payments domain, incl. 8+ years in banking payments.
• Experience with Singapore rails: FAST, PayNow, GIRO, MEPS+.
• Strong SQL and data mapping capabilities for source-to-target migrations.
• Ability to run workshops and guide SIT/UAT with operations and product teams.
• Exposure to ISO 20022 migration and cross-border payment archetypes.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize payment classifications and data models across products and channels.
• Trace multi-leg payments end to end and stitch counterparty data.
• Lead reconciliation and exception reporting across large transaction datasets.
• Conduct source-to-target mappings and ensure data quality for AML screening.
