This is a senior IC role focused on resolving complex payment problems and driving successful customer payments. You will use data and stakeholder conversations to identify root causes, design practical solutions and own the work from signal to measured result. Experience with SQL/Python and knowledge of payment ecosystems are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong practical data skills using SQL or Python to investigate data.
• Understanding payment systems across the full payment flow.
• Form clear hypotheses and test them with incomplete or conflicting evidence.
• Identify solutions and drive action without formal authority.
• Influence Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations and external payment partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations from signal to measurable result.
• Identify causes across the payment flow.
• Test hypotheses with data and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk and payments partners to implement fixes.
• Track actions, deadlines and blockers until a clear outcome.
