Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Singapore seeks a Patient Journey Partner to own the end-to-end patient journey for a local disease area.

You will collaborate with HCPs, TAEs, and PAGs to co-create solutions and steer cross-functional teams toward impactful outcomes. The role requires a university degree (science/ business/ economics) with MBA preferred, and a track record of strategic leadership in pharma/healthcare, plus experience with agile methods.

Qualifications

University degree in Science, Business, Economics or related field.
MBA or advanced Life Science degree preferred.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and formulating long-term strategies in pharma/healthcare.
Experience with agile methodologies and patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

Act as end-to-end business owner for the assigned disease area, developing local strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and patient journey.
Steward the portfolio through its lifecycle, leveraging clinical insights and commercial acumen.
Serve as primary contact for HCPs, TAEs, and PAGs to co-create patient-centered solutions.
Lead cross-functional, agile swarm teams to align towards a common strategic direction.
Bring external insights to shape disease area strategies and internal decision making.
