Job summary

Planet Pharma in Singapore seeks an experienced Clinical Operations leader to manage an oncology development program. You will own operational delivery, coordinate CROs, CDMOs, investigators and stakeholders, drive plans and risk management, and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle with autonomy and accountability.

Ideal candidates bring proven delivery across phases, strong communication, and a biotech/pharma background in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Clinical Operations experience, ideally with oncology exposure.
• Experience as a Clinical Project Manager or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating CROs, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive programs operationally.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of an oncology clinical development program.
• Coordinate activities across CROs, CDMOs, investigators and stakeholders.
• Drive project plans, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies and operational challenges.
• Maintain alignment and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support progression of the program through clinical development.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
