Responsibilities

• Process parts orders, goods receipts and inventory transactions accurately within timelines.
• Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices and delivery documents; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor backorders and liaise with suppliers for updates.
• Prepare reporting and maintain digital records of stock movements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, suppliers and Finance to resolve variances.
