Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a technical engineer to provide spare parts support, maintain data for engines, and assist with after-sales provisioning for new engine sales. The role requires a degree or diploma in marine/mechanical engineering, familiarity with engineering drawings, and SAP MM.

The successful candidate will build and review data for parts verification and support warehouse operations, with opportunities to work on warranty assessments and technical inquiries across Rolls-Royce

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering is required.
Experience or understanding of interpreting engineering drawings and part cataloguing is desirable.
Proficiency with SAP MM and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and advice on engine spares for customer inquiries and orders.
Create and maintain Material Master, Parts Supersession, BOM and related data.
Assemble maintenance sets and provisions for after-sales inquiries and new engine sales.
Build engine and system data for efficient parts verification.
Assist warehouse and customers on part identification and usability of stored parts.
Advise on warranty claims and discrepancies related to parts supply.
