Job summary

Pro Padel Academy PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced padel coach to deliver quality sessions for juniors and adults and help raise the standard of our programmes.

You will plan and deliver padel lessons, run clinics and private sessions, mentor junior coaches, and work with management on scheduling and programme design; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of padel coaching experience.
• Proven track record coaching players from beginner through advanced or competitive level.
• Strong grasp of padel technique, tactics, positioning and match play.
• Able to coach groups and individuals, and to adapt to different ages and abilities.
• Clear communicator in English.
• Strong sense of professionalism, punctuality and client service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, as business needs require.

• Playing or competition background at national or regional level
