FSA Holdings Pte Ltd invites an energetic Marketing Executive to shape awareness and engagement across our tennis, pickleball, and padel programs. You will lead campaigns for memberships, coaching programs, events, and brand initiatives, while growing our social media presence and driving customer engagement.

You’ll collaborate with operations, coaching, and management to ensure cohesive messaging, and contribute to community-building initiatives within our facilities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in marketing (sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for pickleball and padel programs, leagues, events, and facilities.
• Manage and grow our social media presence (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics).
• Create marketing content including posts, emails, flyers, ads, and website updates.
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Support event marketing for tournaments, launches, and community activations.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with operations, coaching, and management teams to align messaging.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing awareness, participation, and engagement across our facilities and programs. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive memberships, program enrolments, events, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for pickleball and padel programs, leagues, events, and facilities
• Manage and grow our social media presence (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics)
• Create marketing content including posts, emails, flyers, ads, and website updates
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
• Support event marketing for tournaments, launches, and community activations

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for sports—pickleball and padel experience is a big plus (but not essential)
