Job summary

You will oversee QA, mentor juniors, optimize processes, and drive profitable growth of Property & Casualty portfolios while maintaining strong broker relationships and broker facility programs. The role demands 7-9 years in general insurance, solid leadership, and a proven track record in portfolio management and credit discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-9 years' experience in general insurance industry.
• Sound knowledge of general insurance (Property & Casualty classes).
• Management skills and business acumen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership with burning drive for results.
• Strong marketing and portfolio management experience.
• Experience in Brokers business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of underwriters
• Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of junior team members
• Optimize efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department
