Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle CRM solutions across CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and OFS. You will work with business users, partners, and IT to deliver scalable Oracle-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP/CRM implementation and support experience.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management and OFS.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into Oracle Fusion CRM solutions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support.
• Configure and support Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and OFS.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
• Provide production support and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Assess impacts of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and drive improvements.
• Provide regular project and support status updates to management.
