Job summary

The role analyzes and resolves issues in enterprise applications, documents architecture and design, and ensures ITGC and SOX compliance while upholding SLA performance.

Key duties include leading requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, performing feasibility analyses, and guiding system design, testing, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in high-tech manufacturing with at least 1 enterprise application implementation cycle.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodologies and ITGC/SOX awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead in user requirements gathering and analysis.
• Drive user discussions and workshops for information gathering.
• Perform feasibility studies to identify automation opportunities.
• Document user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead system design and development per specifications.
• Conduct testing to ensure compliance with specs and QA requirements.
• Lead user training and user acceptance testing.
• Provide periodic project progress reports to management.
• Handle issue resolution in accordance with SLA.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
