Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc seeks a Senior Analyst to lead Oracle CRM initiatives across CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and OFS in Singapore. You will drive requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support with partners and IT teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years ERP/CRM experience, deep Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
10+ years ERP/CRM implementation and support experience.
Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle CRM solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CRM solutions.
Manage the full project lifecycle: Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support.
Configure and support Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and OFS.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Support integrations, reports, data migration, and system enhancements.
Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
Assess impacts of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular project and support status updates to management.
