Job summary

Durlston Partners, a Singapore-based proprietary trading firm, seeks an experienced options trader to join its commodities-focused trading team in a front-office capacity. You will manage and improve options activity, assess real-time risk, and contribute to the desk's trading approach.

You will collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers and internal teams to enhance pricing, tools, workflows and desk performance, bringing ideas and constructive challenges to shape future direction.

Qualifications

• Professional experience trading options markets.
• Commodity-options experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable record of sound risk management and strong trading performance.
• Comfortable making decisions in dynamic market conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with traders, researchers and engineers.
• Coding experience or interest is beneficial.

We are working closely with a proprietary trading firm seeking an experienced options trader to join its Singapore-based trading team, with a particular focus on commodities markets.

This is a front-office role for someone who can combine strong options-market knowledge with disciplined risk-taking and a clear commercial mindset. You will manage and improve options-trading activity, assess market opportunities and risk in real time, and contribute to the wider development of the desk's trading approach.

You will work closely with quantitative researchers, developers and internal business teams to enhance pricing, trading tools, workflows and overall desk performance.
